Refund Policy

1. Service Nature

Mango Nexus provides professional services for automated appointment communications. Because our Services require time, configuration, and carrier costs, they are generally non-refundable once delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances including:

• Duplicate billing or manifest billing errors;
• Failure to deliver agreed-upon Services due to errors solely attributable to Mango Nexus (after reasonable opportunity to cure).

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Setup, onboarding, and one-time configuration fees;
• Services already rendered or campaigns already executed;
• Carrier or third-party vendor fees that are already incurred.

4. Cancellation

Clients may cancel ongoing services at any time with written notice. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund amounts for services already performed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
