Terms of Services

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Services provided by Mango Nexus LLC ("Mango Nexus," "we," "our," or "us"). By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Mango Nexus provides automated communication services for businesses, including SMS appointment confirmations and reminders, and related configuration and consulting services.

3. Client Responsibilities

You must obtain and maintain all required consents from your customers to receive SMS messages (transactional only).
You will comply with all applicable laws and carrier requirements, including TCPA and CTIA guidelines.
You agree not to use our Services for promotional marketing or unlawful activities unless a separate agreement is executed.

4. Payment & Billing

Fees and payment schedules are set out in the service agreement or invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services. Any taxes associated with the Services are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

Mango Nexus retains all intellectual property rights to its platform, workflows, templates, and methodologies. Client-provided content and customer data remain the property of the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mango Nexus is not liable for delivery failures, carrier delays, or policy-based message filtering outside our control. In no event shall Mango Nexus's liability exceed the total amount paid by the client to Mango Nexus in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate Services with written notice according to the terms in the service agreement. Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for Services already performed.
